Quarter Life Crisis
A Note From Vivek:
April was⌠unreal.
We went from Kansas City,
to Forbes 30 Under 30 Summit,
to Summit at Sea.
Three completely different environments.
One consistent feeling: Something is shifting.
At KC, we did a simple exercise.
Everyone wrote down one word they were stepping into.
Mine was power.
Not in the loud sense.
But in the real sense.
Understanding what Iâm capable ofâŚ
and realizing I havenât fully been giving myself permission to act from that place.
KC was unbelievable.
The people. The energy. The hospitality.
We had some serious power players in the room⌠but what stood out was the openness.
People being honest about where theyâre holding backâŚ
and deciding, in real time, to stop.
Then we carried that energy into Forbes.
And then into Summit at Sea.
And across all three⌠two words kept coming up:
Power. And integrity.
Not just becoming more powerful.
But becoming someone who can hold that power the right way.
Watching the QLC leadership team go through all three experiencesâŚ
and seeing those breakthroughs ripple into the communityâŚ
Thatâs when it hit me.
QLC isnât just a community.
Itâs a space where people step into who they actually are.
If April was about executionâŚ
đż May is about ownership.
Owning your voice.
Owning your decisions.
Owning your presence.
Because the truth is:
You donât need more potential.
You need to start acting from the power you already have.

April Reflections â What Weâre Carrying Forward
April was about bringing things into the real world.
Not just thinking.
Not just refining.
Actually doing.
Five Core Takeaways from April
1ď¸âŁ Consistency compounds confidence.
Every time you follow through, you build evidence. And evidence builds belief.
2ď¸âŁ Visibility creates opportunity.
You donât get rewarded for what you think. You get rewarded for what people can see.
3ď¸âŁ Execution clarifies everything.
You donât need a better plan. You need to start. Clarity shows up after movement.
4ď¸âŁ Perfection delays momentum.
Waiting to feel ready is the fastest way to stay stuck.
5ď¸âŁ Action reveals identity.
Who you are isnât what you say. Itâs what you repeatedly do.
April wasnât about being perfect.
It was about being in motion.
Some of the Lessons We Explored in April
April was about learning how to operate beyond just effortâŚ
and start building systems that actually scale.
1) Operating at Scale â Systems Over Effort
Growth doesnât come from doing more.
It comes from building systems that remove you as the bottleneck.
2) Increasing Surface Area of Luck â Creating More Opportunities to Win
Luck is exposure.
The more rooms, people, and visibility⌠you create more chances to win.
3) Guest Speaker: Lori Kohen â Building Through People & Proximity
Lori broke down scaling through the right hires, delegation, and proximity.
Who you surround yourself with accelerates everything.
April was about turning internal clarity into external reality.
What We Learned Together:
Action Creates Power
Power isnât something you wait to feel.
Itâs something you build through repeated action.
The people who feel powerfulâŚ
are the ones who move anyway.
May Focus â Stepping Into Your Power
If April was about doingâŚ
May is about owning who you are while you do it.
This month is about:
đš Ownership over hesitation
Stop outsourcing your decisions. You already know more than you think.
đš Power with integrity
Not just doing more⌠but doing it from the right place.
đš Presence over approval
You donât need everyone to agree. You need to stand in what you believe.
đš Decisiveness over doubt
Indecision drains energy. Decisions create direction.
đš Alignment over performance
Less acting like who you think you should be.
More being who you actually are.A Simple Challenge for April
A Simple Challenge for May
Pick one area of your lifeâŚ
Where you know youâve been holding back.
And for the next 30 daysâŚ
Act like the version of you
who is already fully in their power.
Not occasionally.
Not when itâs convenient.
Every day.
No overthinking.
Just embodiment.
